The beginning history of AUI greatly impacted the trajectory of our company today. AUI was formed in 1983, with the name standing for ‘Architectural Utilities Inc.’ Our primary focus in those early years was in civil and underground utility construction. Throughout the years, we diversified our market focus and created multiple divisions within our company. In 2015, AUI Partners, LLC purchased the Commercial and Renewable Energy divisions of AUI, which is our main focus today. Being a full-service commercial and renewable energy contractor, AUI strives to pursue quality in everything we do. Our mission is founded upon four elements that we seek quality in: Relationships, Work, Results, and Way of Life. We firmly believe that each of these elements is a key factor in the execution of our vision: Being a leading construction organization.
