For the last few years, Solar Power World has highlighted the work of individuals making a difference at not only their employers but in the larger U.S. solar market. We’ve featured marketers, installers, advocates, designers and PV professionals from many different corners of this industry, and we’re once again asking you to nominate your peers whose impact on U.S. solar deserves some recognition.
We know that there are countless people working to achieve these record-breaking installation numbers we’re witnessing quarter over quarter. While these are exciting and worth celebrating, so are you, because this new renewable energy proliferation wouldn’t be possible without all of you.
So, to help us cast the spotlight on some of U.S. solar’s superstars, please send an email to Managing Editor Billy Ludt at [email protected] with “Rising Stars” in the subject line. Provide a short description of the person you’re nominating, the work they’re doing and why you believe they deserve some recognition for that work. We’re accepting nominations for the next two weeks (through October 28), and then we’ll select this year’s Rising Stars. They’ll be featured on our website and in our November issue of Solar Power World.
As always, thanks for all that you do, and keep up the good work.

Aaron Nichols has been a constant source of cheer, optimism, and good ideas related to solar power and working in the industry. His “This Week In Solar” has featured several interviews I enjoyed.
I’ve been in the industry a lot longer than him, and I like what he’s been bringing to our industry.
