North American solar PV mounting provider Polar Racking announced the acquisition of Axsus Solar, a fixed-tilt racking and single-axis tracker manufacturer. Polar has added Axsus’ Sol-X, a single-axis tracker, to its product line of fixed-tilt and carport solar structures.

Polar is adding Axsus’ management team and workforce to its own. The combined teams have a total install base of over 3 GW. With this acquisition, Polar will continue to support its clients across North America and the Caribbean with its proprietary racking solutions.
