Trimark Associates

Markets served: commercial & industrial, utility

How would you describe your offering?
Trimark provides full monitoring, metering, MET equipment and engineering services. Trimark’s solutions include both the hardware and software for a full complement.

What sets you apart?
Trimark provides not only the hardware and software, but also full-service installation, commissioning and long-term maintenance. When needed, Trimark provides a full plant controller to automate the control requirements of the facility. Our systems and metering fulfill regulatory requirements for agencies, such as CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, etc. We also supply cybersecurity features to address NERC CIP requirements.

Describe your inverter and storage product compatibility.
Trimark’s systems support most utility-scale industry inverters available. When new inverters are introduced, Trimark’s engineering team works with the inverter manufacturer to develop the data libraries needed to load into the Trimark SCADA and monitoring systems. We also recently entered into a value-added reseller agreement for battery energy storage systems with NEC. So we currently support interfaces to NEC, Siemens, S&C and ABB storage solutions. Additional solutions are being added all of the time as project opportunities arise.

How does your product install?
Our solution is installed as needed for each unique facility. Trimark provides options for site equipment to support local data measurements, collection and networking as required. We provide the engineering to support very large and complex utility projects.

What kind of subscription do you offer?
Trimark provides data hosting services for our software as a service for an annual fee. Customers can choose the renewal term (1-year, 3-year and 5-year). We also provide wireless data services for sites that cannot be connected to existing network service providers.
