SolarEdge offers its new P320 Power Optimizer, which it says has been designed specifically for the latest high power 60-cell modules coming to market over the course of 2015. The P320 supports 60-cell modules up to 320Wp with a short circuit current (lsc) of up to 11amps.
The manufacturer has also added new features to its cloud-based monitoring. It says installers, monitoring firms, and fleet operators now have the ability to have more analytical data while enjoying easier site navigation. The new features include:
-Comprehensive Reports- site details, site status (alerts, severity), and also by performance indicators
-Time of Use Based Revenue Calculation- define rates based on their local time-of-use program and start calculating revenues
-Improved Kiosk View-support Tablets and Smart TV’s
Lastly, SolarEdge is also offering a selection of environmental sensors. It says offering allows purchasing the sensors directly from SolarEdge instead of seeking additional vendors. Up to three sensors can be connected to a single SolarEdge Control and Communication Gateway (CCG). Additional sensors can be installed using multiples CCGs.
