General session: Reducing Customer Acquisition Costs Through Transparency and Helping Consumers Window Shop With Ease
10:30 – 11 a.m., Installer Training Theater: Booth 137
Soft costs are still high, so installers can benefit by learning new strategies for online marketing and proposals. The executive directors of solar marketplace EnergySage and solar co-op nonprofit Solar United Neighbors will talk about new ways to nurture prospects through the buying process by being transparent about pricing and system options.
Thursday, September 26
Workshop: Solar + Sheep = The New Power Couple
8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
If you’re a Solar Power World reader, you know our unofficial mascots are solar sheep. C&I solar developers would be wise to look to these hoofed beasts to help manage O&M on project sites. This workshop promises to be both informative and fluffy and will be led by the American Solar Grazing Association.
