Modernize announces the official release of its latest product offering, Modernize Inbound Calls. The product connects homeowners directly with contractors in a seamless experience, better serving the homeowner and small businesses in the home improvement industry.
Modernize Inbound Calls enables a portal for contractors to register online and begin receiving telephone leads within minutes. Contractors within the solar and roofing trades, among others, can receive “live transfer” phone calls from homeowners in their geographic area seeking their expertise through the Inbound Calls product. The new technology-enabled service will assist small businesses that have historically been underserved within the home improvement marketing services industry.
