Vis Solis transitioned from a EPC/developer to a pure developer and consultant. Vis Solis formed a joint venture partnership with the general contractor Brown Construction under the name of TVAEnergy to serve jointly the Southeast market as EPC under the new brand name. In the transition year 2016, TVAEnergy installed two projects at 1 MW which were initially developed by Vis Solis Inc.
