Scenic Hill Solar

Scenic Hill Solar, LLC is an Arkansas limited liability company organized for the purpose of developing, installing, constructing, operating, and maintaining solar, other renewable energy and advanced technologies projects. The Developer was organized in 2015 by former Arkansas Lieutenant Governor, Bill Halter and is currently headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. Scenic Hill Solar has been engaged by each Borrower to develop, install, construct, operate, and maintain their respective Projects. To date, the Developer has completed 45 projects totaling more than 105 MWs DC of solar projects in Arkansas and Kentucky. Scenic Hill Solar also has multiple additional solar projects under contract totaling over 150 MWs DC, along with a further number of solar projects in the planning phase.
