Greater Texas Solar was founded in Mason, Texas in 2016 by Keith Kaan after installing solar on local habitat houses. The idea quickly grew into a business with friends and neighbors being interested and requesting installations on their homes. Andi Parker, Keith’s daughter joined the company in 2019 and soon became co-owner. Kim Kring joined back with the company in 2022 as co-owner as well. Greater Texas Solar is now a woman-owned solar installation company serving the most rural parts of Texas proudly and wholeheartedly.
