Estuary Power has brought online the Escape Solar and Storage project in Lincoln County, Nevada. The power from the 185-MWAC solar, 400-MWh battery storage project has primarily been purchased by casino and entertainment complexes operating on the Las Vegas strip.

Escape Solar and Storage is supplying 70 MW of solar power to Caesars Entertainment and Wynn Las Vegas, and the remaining 115 MW of solar and 400 MWh of storage is going to MGM Resorts International.

Escape’s solar arrays were constructed by Bechtel Infrastructure and Power Corporation. Tesla supplied and installed the battery energy storage system. Its substation and certain transmission upgrades were completed by Dashiell Corporation. JinkoSolar supplied TOPCon photovoltaic modules.
