At the core of the new suite is an asset management dashboard that displays real-time financial information, critical energy performance metrics, CTA reminders and technical and financial KPIs. Specifically designed by asset managers for asset managers, the customizable dashboard provides a visual breakdown of real-time revenue and expense streams, including automated P&L and cash flow analysis that continuously updates based on real asset performance. Technical KPIs displayed by the dashboard include a live status of alerts, service calls, insurance coverage and durations, and warranty timeframes, to provide asset managers with oversight of vendor management and the service level agreement (SLA). Additionally, the dashboard can be leveraged to automatically generate reports for key stakeholders, eliminating manual reporting and data verification.
