Nearly half of all utility-scale renewable energy projects are significantly delayed or canceled outright due to community opposition or restrictive local ordinances. AI-driven stakeholder and regulatory insights from Learnewable can help solve those issues.

Founded in 2023, Learnewable addresses the critical challenge renewable energy developers and infrastructure planners face: understanding and engaging effectively with local communities. By automating stakeholder management, data collection and analysis, Learnewable provides developers and organizers with real-time insights into community sentiment and potential project risks and opportunities.

“Developers need a clear picture of community sentiment so they can address community concerns and communicate in a more effective way,” said founder Jeremy Solomon. “Having the ability to assess public sentiment in a data-oriented, quantitative manner to is now a necessity for successful renewable energy development.”

By entering the URLs you want to track, Learnewable will:

  • Monitor the sites for updates
  • Alert developers to changes and new developments
  • Identify key stakeholders — permitting officials, landowners, local VIPs, even organized opposition
  • Analyze what they’re saying and how they feel
  • Assess influence potential and keep developers informed about who matters most

Learnewable has features including video analysis to Audio Insight, allowing teams to analyze and act on public comments at meetings without having to be in the room; Site Scout, a tool that allows developers to quickly assess the viability of development sites before investing time and money, and more.
