Ingeteam to showcase 5.4-MW central inverter, new string inverter system at Intersolar Europe

By Kelsey Misbrener | April 30, 2025

Ingeteam announced it will be exhibiting its latest developments in the solar and energy storage sector at Intersolar Europe, including the company’s most powerful central inverter and its new modular inverter for batteries, among other components available to the U.S. solar + storage market.

In Munich, the company will present the most powerful version of its PV inverter, the new 5.4-MW INGECON SUN 3Power C Plus Series. This central inverter supplies 5,378 kVA in a single power block. Ingeteam will market this inverter integrated in a Full Skid type medium voltage transformer station.

The company will also present its new string platform for large plants called the INGECON SUN Virtual Central Station — VCST, with 300-, 330- and 350-kW inverters for its photovoltaic version with 12 MPPTs and also the 350-kW option for its battery inverter, which is offered to the market together with a transformation center.

To complete Ingeteam’s solutions for the utility-scale segment, its new modular inverter for batteries, the INGECON SUN STORAGE M Series, will be on display for the first time, specially designed for large battery energy storage systems.

Ingeteam will also show its latest model of ultra-fast 420-kW EV charger, which can have up to four hoses in the same charger, allowing the simultaneous charging of up to two vehicles. In addition, the complete range of charging systems will be exhibited, such as the FUSION Street and FUSION Wall semi-fast chargers, a family of dual chargers of up to 44 kW (22 kW for each outlet), available in single-phase and three-phase versions. The company will also exhibit its RAPID 60 and RAPID 120/180 fast chargers.
