- 37% reported inconsistent data collection across team members
- 60% reported making at least 1 extra truck roll per project to collect missing photos at an average cost of $475 per truck roll
- A vast majority of installers have moved away from a paper-based approach, but 72% still don’t have specialized software for job site documentation
- 85% consider integration with other software systems either very important or important when assessing field operations platforms
