I have these exact inverters in my house and I am getting the run around from Sunrun My system is 13.8 KW and I have finally been given access to My Solar Edge app but they haven’t setup the system so I can see the output of the panels only the total from each inverter. One inverter has produced a max of about 7 KW and the other inverter is about 3 KW. What I am seeing on the Mysunrun app as a peak output is 7 (my Tesla app says the same). I am being told everything is working fine when they look at the inverters but the other KW is missing in the output going to power my house and back to the utility.

How much does a new energy hub inverter cost. We purchased with Sunrun and it looks like our inveter stopped working.
