New software tool SolarKinesys aims to streamline solar O&M processes

CloudKinesys, a software development and cloud consulting practice located in Atlanta, announced the release of SolarKinesys, its signature suite of solar industry O&M tools.

SolarKinesys aggregates key information across multivendor operator footprints, normalizes the data and displays it on an easy-to-use dashboard, viewable on any device.

“SolarKinesys is a cloud-hosted suite of solar operations and management (O&M) tools that allow O&M teams to report, manage and invoice their multivendor environments from a centralized interface,” said Michael Zeitlin, CEO of CloudKinesys. “This dramatically increases the efficiency and accuracy of reports and invoices. Additionally, the suite of tools includes integrated reporting functions, which are essential for marketing and customer/investor presentations.”

SolarKinesys also provides billing information, automatic invoice creation and can sync with existing accounting systems. The incident management and monthly reporting module allows the O&M team to manage warranties, services providers and incident troubleshooting guidelines. The document management module allows for users to author, negotiate, approve and sign contracts and quotes. Additionally, this module allows for easy-to-use document management with interfaces into common document repositories.

Many existing reporting systems require operators to undergo arduous and time consuming processes of cutting, pasting and reformatting files to get meaningful data and reports. SolarKinesys collects remote site information and transforms it into actionable business intelligence. For more information or to request a demo, contact Michael.Zeitlin@Cloudkinesys.com.
