SunPower by Sea Bright Solar, a Monmouth County, New Jersey-based solar installer, has received the SunPower “Residential National Dealer of the Year” award for its performance as a dealer in 2019.
“It’s a great honor to be named SunPower’s current ‘Residential National Dealer of the Year,’ recognized for our success offering high quality, complete solar solutions alongside superior customer service to homeowners,” said Brian Kelly, owner and founder of SunPower by Sea Bright Solar. “SunPower is an innovative partner that enables us to deliver reliable solar energy and predictable electricity savings to customers over the life of their solar systems.”
The “Residential National Dealer of the Year” award honors a single SunPower residential dealer in the United States that consistently puts customers first, while demonstrating exceptional industry knowledge and leadership.
“SunPower by Sea Bright Solar is a strong contributor within our national dealer network, providing localized sales, quality installations, industry expertise, and outstanding customer experiences, which aided in the company’s exceptional 2019 performance,” said Norm Taffe, SunPower executive VP, North America. “We look forward to SunPower by Sea Bright Solar’s continued success as a dealer, helping more homeowners realize the rewarding benefits of solar.”
For example, last year, SunPower by Sea Bright Solar sold over 25 installations in a single neighborhood in Somerset County, building on an already strong solar presence there. In addition to residential achievements, they have also had success commissioning many SunPower Helix commercial solar systems over the year.

Sea Bright installed my solar system almost 10 years ago. They are the best as far as I’m concern in the industry. I’ve only had to call them with a concern twice in all these years and they responded immediately. Great organization and great people. I would and have strongly recommend them to any one interested in solar. My last two months bill and remember I have a full in ground pool and AC plus 3 refrigerators and a heatwave and the combined bill was I think $20.00. Solar was the best thing I’ve ever done along with my whole house generator, which has been running for now 3 days since this last storm.
