This webinar was presented live on Wednesday, December 10, 2019. Please click on link below to watch it on demand.

To avoid underestimating your solar project’s value, it is important to compare solar irradiance data from multiple data providers. Data is available from many sources and it is not uncommon for the spread in irradiance data to vary by more than 10%. If you are relying on a single data provider, you could be over- or under-estimating the value of a project.  DNV GL built the Solar Resource Compass service to give everyone an easy-to-use tool to compare data from several data providers. With both free and paid access levels, Solar Resource Compass will help you reduce your risk, and increase confidence, in solar project output.  Try it today at https://src.dnvgl.com.

Attendees of this webinar will learn:

  • How DNV GL compares irradiance data to select the right irradiance data for solar projects
  • How to compare data from multiple providers
  • How to easily download data from multiple providers into a format easily imported into PVsyst or SolarFarmer
