Con Edison Solutions, one of the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, has officially changed the name of its subsidiary CES Danbury Solar (d/b/a Ross Solar) to Con Edison Solutions. The company acquired assets of Ross Solar in January 2017.
Since the acquisition, the former CES Danbury Solar/Ross Solar team has continued to operate as a trusted local company, but has gained the additional resources, financial strength, purchasing power and broad energy and renewables expertise of its parent company, Con Edison Solutions. Moreover, it has continued Con Edison Solutions’ growth as one of the country’s most-prominent providers of renewable energy and sustainability services to businesses and homeowners.
“Since becoming part of one of the country’s leading energy services firms, we have been able to leverage Con Edison Solutions’ resources and support to experience tremendous growth and development while maintaining our commitment to customers and quality service,” said Zak Poston, director of residential and commercial solar. “As we continue to expand the services we provide and the customers we serve, it has become increasingly important to be identified with our parent company and its wide-ranging capabilities.”
“The Danbury team’s impeccable reputation for service and quality were the main reasons why Con Edison Solutions made the decision to acquire the company over two years ago,” said Mark Noyes, president and CEO of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses. “We are proud to acknowledge the incorporation of this thriving business into the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses as we meet the rising demand for renewable energy and battery storage.”
Con Edison Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of capabilities, including solar and battery installations from residential rooftops to the largest commercial-sized systems. The company’s service focus and construction expertise result in best-in-class solar installations for homeowners and businesses.
