Utility-scale solar developer Innovative Solar Systems (ISS) is looking to be acquired. The North Carolina-based solar developer is targeting an equity sale to facilitate an ownership transition from its founders and to access capital for further project development activities.
The eight-year-old company currently has a 13-GW pipeline of utility-scale solar projects across 35 states. Founded in 2011 by brothers John and Richard Green, ISS continues under its original capital structure and has achieved growth without third-party debt.
More information can be found on the company’s website.
