I am a Board member of The Cranford Dramatic Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community theatre which owns the two story flat roof building at 78 Winans Ave., Cranford, NJ. We are considering the installation of solar panels on our approx 5,000 sf roof. The roof is two years old and has a twenty year warranty. The building faces southeast.
We would appreciate your input.
