A cadre of solar industry professionals, prominent mom bloggers and leading brand marketers announced the first ever survey reaching out to American female homeowners and mothers to understand their communication preferences related to solar.
The Shining a Solar Marketing Light on Women survey will be open from Oct. 9 through Oct. 16.
With a combined reach of nearly 15,000 bloggers, the mom- and female-oriented networks of Bookieboo.com and TheBloggerConnection.com have joined forces with the solar industry’s popular #SolarChat Twitter community and solar industry marketing professional, Glenna Wiseman, to get the survey out to as many women in America as possible.
The results of the survey will be introduced at the solar industry’s preeminent event, Solar Power International, by Raina Russo, founder of #SolarChat, and Wiseman at a presentation of the same name on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, in Chicago. The findings will also be discussed at a future #SolarChat online event to be held on Nov. 13, 2013, from 2-3 p.m. EST. Panelists will include Russo, Wiseman, and representatives from The Blogger Connection and Bookieboo.com.
