SolPad is using GaN Systems’ gallium nitride (GaN) transistors in its FlexGrid inverters to increase power efficiency and reduce size and weight. Using an intelligent design capable of compensating for diverse power environments, the FlexGrid inverter is seamlessly integrated into two devices, SolPad Home and SolPad Mobile, creating a new category of “smart energy” products.
