Does anyone have any insights as to why Florida, the Sunshine State, has not adopted solar photovoltaics and solar hot water technologies at the same rate as many other states? If “weather” is the reason, I would ask if anyone knows of any arrays that are designed to withstand hurricane forces. -Thanks!
