RBI Solar says it is proud to announce three models that have been granted ETL classification by Intertek to UL Subject 2703. RBI Solar’s ETL classified systems include ground mount models GM-I and GM-T, as well as ballasted roof mount model RM-B.
The company says it will begin producing the new racking systems early in the third quarter of 2012. The ground mount systems GM-I and GM-T allow for portrait or landscape module orientation as well as a variety of module sizes, including popular c-Si 60 and 72 cell formats, the company says. Multiple bonding and grounding options are available for the ground mount systems. Ballasted roof mount model RM-B employs a low component count and optional bonding and grounding hardware.
RBI Solar says its racking systems are ideal for highly engineered and robust structural design and are backed by end-to-end technical support.
The company says it develops and installs solar mounting systems for large commercial and utility scale projects. As specialists in ground mount, roof mount and custom designed specialty solar structures, RBI Solar says it focuses on providing racking systems and project management capabilities to serve owners and integrators. RBI mounting systems come with a 20-year limited warranty.
