Mage Solar presented its product and service portfolio at Intersolar North America, with a focus on the Powertec Plus AC photovoltaic module. The plug-and-play module comes with a pre-installed SolarBridge Pantheon II microinverter. An ARRA-compliant US-version of the module is available in the 240 Watt power class. High Wattage Modules
These modules feature 0 to +5 Watt tolerances and 30-year, 80%-power guarantees. The company also introduced mono and polycrystalline 235-250 Watt high-performance versions.
Mono Black 245 Watt Module
The black module is now offered in a monocrystalline 245 Watt version. The 60-cell module features a black frame and back sheet that will blend with darker roofs.
Mounting Systems
Systemtec is a ground mount for pitched roofs with click-and-slide technology. The company also introduced Knubix, a lightweight, non-penetrating mounting system for large commercial and industrial roofs.
Finance Services
Mage has partnered with several financing partners to offer lease and loan options. Customers can choose between inventory, residential and commercial financing. Municipal programs are also available.
Mage Solar Academy
The academy has a large course catalog for solar professionals of all levels. The recently added OSHA 10- and 30-hour Construction Industry Training will hep installers meet demands of the fast-growing industry.
